Based at our premises, 80 Victoria Street, in the middle of Newton Stewart, HDI (Car Care) Ltd is a local family run business. It was established in 1995 by Sam and Margaret Samson and is now run and managed by their son, Iain Samson. David Samson, the third generation is now also involved and is helping to "keep it in the family".
The business began by distributing and retailing car parts and accessories to car owners and local garages but, throughout the last 11 years the company has always been looking to develop new ranges of products and services for our customers. Today, we are the areas leading provider of safety and protective clothing, of embroidery products as well as being the major source of bike sales and bike hire.

Our customers range from local councils and colleges, to local clubs and business’ and from the local cycling enthusiast to the many tourists and holiday makers that come into the area during the holiday and vacation period.
